Who

Melissa Leong is easily excited by food. But not in a weird way. It’s just that having Singaporean parents does that to a person. And not just any food, but good food. Having spent several years in digital advertising, the two things – that is, food and digital media, somehow fused together and she became a food writer, marketer and, thanks to mate Adriano Zumbo, PR consultant (remember that 8 layered mousse cake competition and Margaret Fulton's 85th birthday cake?)

Flash forward a couple of years and she’s worked on opening restaurants (Duke, Cotton Duck, The Corner House, Muum Maam), trucked 3 tonnes of dirt into Sydney two hat fine diner Claude’s for an art installation and started TOYS collective (winner of The Age and SMH Good Food Guide Innovation Awards for 2012) with chef Morgan McGlone.

Working with a team of designers, photographers, developers and strategists, Fooderati’s services bring a wealth of knowledge that comes from a network of food-loving professionals who believe in thinking a little differently and pushing the envelope a bit.
